Other DC matchmakers wanted me to come in for a 2 hour interview, before even quoting me a price! Emily and her team treated me as an intelligent individual right from the get go. | DC Matchmaker is a world apart from other matchmaking services in the area. I had used two other matchmaking services before – both of them used high pressured sales techniques and arranged blind dates for me. They promised me the moon while selling me, but the blind dates were complete letdowns! I love that with DC Matchmaker I am actively involved in the process. I get to review my potential matches before I decide to invest time in meeting them. Good men do exist in DC, but sadly, you won’t find them on Plenty of Fish! People who are serious about meeting quality individuals and getting in a relationship are not out there on free dating sites. It is just the reality of the world we live in. If you want to go for casual dating, online dating might be for you. But for anything more meaningful, I recommend a local DC personal matchmaker.
